Terms of Service

1. The service

TrustSEO (“the Service”, operated at trustseo.me) provides SEO tools, website audits, AI search visibility tracking and AI-assisted content tools. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. One person or company per account; don't share accounts or circumvent plan limits.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

The Free plan includes the non-AI toolkit with usage limits. The Pro plan ($29/month) is a recurring subscription billed through Dodo Payments. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the period you paid for, after which the account moves to Free. Quotas reset monthly. We may adjust limits or pricing with notice; changes never apply retroactively to an already-paid period.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to audit, crawl or analyze sites you have no right to assess, to send abusive traffic, to attempt to access other users' data, or to resell raw output at scale. We enforce rate limits and may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

5. AI output

AI-generated content and scores are produced by third-party language models and are provided as-is. Review AI output before publishing it; you own the content you generate and are responsible for how you use it.

6. Data

Your tracking data, prompts, audits and articles belong to you. You can delete your runs at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and why.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Search and AI engine behavior changes constantly; we don't guarantee rankings, citations or traffic. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before a claim.
