What we collect

Account data: email, name, optional Google profile photo, and a hashed password (we never store plaintext passwords). Product data: the brands, prompts, audits, articles and AI answers your account generates. Billing:payments are processed by Dodo Payments — we store your subscription status and customer reference, never card numbers. Technical: standard server logs and IP-based rate-limit counters (hashed for the public audit tool).

How we use it

To run the product: executing your prompts against AI engines, generating audits and reports, sending login links and billing emails (via Resend from trustseo.me), and enforcing plan limits. We don't sell your data or use your tracking data to train models.

Third parties we share with

AI engine providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google) receive the prompt text your account runs — that's the product working. Dodo Payments handles checkout and subscriptions. Resend delivers email. MongoDB Atlas and Vercel host the data and the application.

Cookies

One signed session cookie keeps you logged in (30 days). No third-party ad or analytics cookies are set by the application.

Your choices

You can delete your answer history from Settings at any time, cancel your subscription from the billing portal, and request full account deletion by emailing hello@trustseo.me — we remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.
